Tower of Belém in Lisbon, Portugal.
It's an UNESCO World Heritage Site because of the significant role it played in the Portuguese maritime discoveries of the era of the Age of Discoveries.
The tower was built in the early 16th century and is a prominent example of the Portuguese Manueline style,, but it also incorporates hints of other architectural styles

#058 Batalha Monastery, Portugal.

Batalha Monastery, is a Dominican convent in the Portuguese town of Batalha. It's one of the best and original examples of Late Gothic architecture in Portugal, intermingled with the Manueline style.
As Capelas Imperfeitas (The Unfinished Chapels) remain as a testimony of the fact that the monastery was never actually finished. They form a separate octagonal structure tacked on the choir of the church and only accessible from the outside. It was commissioned in 1437 by King Duarte I as a second royal mausoleum for himself and his descendants.
